Women make up only 11% of the worlds astronauts and 20% of the space industry, globally. In all female teams, across sectors, there is a culture present that brings forward disruptive ideas and a sustainable long term way of thinking.
Together with Swedish National Space Agency, Women in Space Sweden and DAYA, the world’s first FemTech Venture studio, our panellists will explore in an audience engaging dialogue, what if space was women first. What would innovation look like if women were in majority in leadership and power, how would it affect our society and continued exploration of new frontiers, and what is next?
In addition to the Rymdforum conference from May 4th to 6th, the entire week will be filled with space-themed activities, lectures, music and entertainment for both residents and visitors. This Space Week will in many ways enhance both Trollhättan and Sweden’s standing in this field.
