Dr. Sethu Saveda Suvanam is the Founder and CEO of ReOrbit, a Finland-based company specializing in designing the next generation of small satellites for Low Earth Orbit (LEO) and Geostationary Earth Orbit (GEO). With a PhD in Aerospace Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden, Dr. Suvanam has a rich background in aerospace engineering, having worked with organizations such as the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) and AAC Clyde Space. Under his leadership, ReOrbit focuses on developing software-defined satellites that are reconfigurable, scalable for various missions, and equipped with autonomous orbital capabilities.
In addition to the Rymdforum conference from May 4th to 6th, the entire week will be filled with space-themed activities, lectures, music and entertainment for both residents and visitors. This Space Week will in many ways enhance both Trollhättan and Sweden’s standing in this field.
