Rymdforum 2025 kicks off on Sunday, May 4th, with an evening welcome mingle, followed by two days of engaging, exciting, and educational seminars, gala dinner panel discussions, and break-out sessions featuring both national and international keynote speakers. On Sunday evening, ”May the 4th be with you”, we are thrilled to invite you to a special and memorable evening in Trollhättan.
The welcome reception will take place at the Innovatum Science Center, a venue that perfectly embodies the spirit of innovation and exploration that defines this conference.
Women make up only 11% of the worlds astronauts and 20% of the space industry, globally. In all female teams, across sectors, there is a culture present that brings forward disruptive ideas and a sustainable long term way of thinking.
Together with Swedish National Space Agency, Women in Space Sweden and DAYA, the world’s first FemTech Venture studio, our panellists will explore in an audience engaging dialogue, what if space was women first. What would innovation look like if women were in majority in leadership and power, how would it affect our society and continued exploration of new frontiers, and what is next?

This pre-event, Neon Nebula Night is for all students and young professionals attending Rymdforum 2025. (Pre-registration is required). Before the grand gala dinner, join us for an exclusive pre-banquet gathering hosted by the Student Union at University West. This is a chance to connect with fellow space enthusiasts, enjoy a delightful tapas-style buffet and just have a nice time together. A bus will depart promptly at 20:00 from University West to the gala dinner at Lilla Nova.

We begin with a special visit at the Saab Car Museum, where curator Peter Bäckström takes us on a fascinating journey through Trollhättan’s industrial history – past, present, and future.
Just a short walk away, the evening continues at Lilla Nova with a gala dinner, featuring high-class food, entertainment and great company in a unique setting.
Return shuttles to the city center will run from 23:00 to 00:00 to ensure a smooth trip back to your hotel.
